Skype Name is NOT restored in Win 7 but it is restoring in Win XP Home Edition after user clicks Sign out option from Skepe menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Skype
2. Enter valid skype name

Restoring skype name:
Once user click sign out option, the application is signing out and displaying login screen, but logged user name (skype name) is NOT appearing in the skype name entry box.

In XP it is appearing
