  5. Asks for "Alternate Text" - What is that?
  6. Click ok
  7. Asks for "URL" - http://
  8. Click ok
  9. Asks for Title
  10. But never gives me "Browse" and "Attach" option to attach any files related to the defect/ bug detected which can help the support/development team understand better about the bug detected.
