Please find the steps to reproduce the issue below:
Connect your laptop to a monitor for external display.
Set the display to the external monitor (Desktop - Right Mouse Clisk - Grpahic Options - Set display to external monitor only)
Now remove the display cable and put the laptop on docking station
The display setting causes the laptop to crash
