Please follow the steps described below to reproduce the bug:
1. Go to forgot password page of linkedin.
2. Enter an email address (for example, xyz1@linkedin.com) that is not in their record. It will show a message that "If xyz1@linkedin.com is in our records, we will send a link to reset your password to that address. If you are having problems receiving this link, please contact Customer Service".
3. Now enter another email address (for example, xyz@linkedin.com) which is not also in their record. Now it shows a message that "The email address you entered is not in our records."

So, the conclusion is, though neither email addresses are not in their records, but it is showing inconsistent messages to user.
