Steps:
1.Open site http://bugpub.com on IE9 on Win7.
2.Switch to Dashboard login page http://bugpub.com:8080/secure/Dashboard.jspa.
3.Hover on Log In item.

Expected Result:
The login item can be displayed normally.

Actual Result:
The login item become blank when hover on it.
