Open Mozilla Firefox 8.0 as a new window.
Navigate to any URL ( example : www.google.com )
Now decrease the size of the window by dragging the right edge towards left.
You will see the window size decreases, but the horizontal scroll bar does not display consistently ( The right arrow doesnot appear and never appears in this position

Note : You can observe this only when the windows width is less than the width of the title of the website( Browser title : " Google - Mozilla Firefox )
